Turiu nuotrauku, paskui padesiu, bet siaip, darant pakankamai paprastus darbus, gavau TOKI h@moroju kad dabar jau net nezinau ka ir daryti... :shock:

Kas mane gerai pazysta, zino apie mano pedantiskuma, kaip as viska darau pagal instrukcijas, kaip viska su dyno raktu ir Nm uzsukineju ir pan....... tai pasakykit man KAS galejo atsitikti kad vienoj pusej brembo suporto du (is karto ir apatinis ir virsutinis) tvirtinimo varztu taskus prasukau pilnai net nedaejus iki uzsukimo ribos pagal instrukcija (155Nm)? "Struzka" tik isemiau............ va cia tai aina nx :?

:( Taip graziai viska isardziau, pakeiciau smeiges i naujas ilgas/sportines ARP, sudejau naujus two-piece dba stabdziu diskus, naujas DS2500 kaladeles....... ir stai tau - ir apatinis ir virsutinis suporto sriegis "isejo". Paskui net specialiai is principo, paziurejus 1000 kartu i instukcija ir nieko naujo nerades, kitoj pusej vel su 155Nm uzsukinejau ir viskas ciki, jokiu problemu!
:?: Zmones, gelbekit... galva visa diena skauda, o cia dar toks "siurprizas" :cry:
a) Daryti didesni sriegi? Supote, stebulej ir dar treciam "pagaliuke"? Gal jau per mazai mesos liks su tokia skyle suporte?
b) Gal kazkaip isfrezuoja su krutom staklem koki sesiakampi, ipresuoja, o paskui pragrezia nauja toki pat sriegi? Nebus problemu su tokia gilze tel temperaturu ar xz dar del ko?
c) Pirkti nauja suporta? Kur?

P.S: Neprates varyti ant kitu, bet speju kad cia visgi JMA galejo su savo "patranka" uzsukinejant pagadint ta sriegi, o as ji dabaigiau, neatlaike jis net ir maziau nei 155Nm.
P.P.S: Garantija baigesi pries 2 savaites... :|

Chm, 155Nm i aliumini - chia gal specialiai japonchegai taip sugalvojo, kad liaudis gadintu tuos sriegius. Bet aishq nerashys manuale, uzhkaitinkit suportus iki 100 laipsniu ir prisukit 85Nm. Ish kitos puses tie suportai paskaichiuoti nuiminet retai, ir tautinem zhiemom nevazhinet. Nenusimink, esu ta pati mates ant bmw suportu, kai vien jau atsukinejant "spyruokle" ant varzhto ishlenda... Bet ten matyt kalta korozija ir sheip "susivirinimas", nes ish kito varzhto kruva miltu ishbiro baltu.

Gilze imanoma nebent isriegus isukt. Plienine. Panashei kaip zhvakei helicoilas. Taip daroma, kai daromi suportu laikikliai ish diuralio. T.y. pats laikiklis padaromas ish diuraliaus, o sriegiai yra padaromi ant plieniniu 'insertu'. Klausimas, ar pas tave uzhteks mesos suporte. Man atrodo, kad nebaisiai.

Didink skyle, suk ivore ant kliju ir prisukinek i ja. Jokio cia kriminalo. Esu mates big brake kit'a kur wilwood suportai tvirtinami ant isnesimu, o tuose isnesimuose "originaliai" susktos ivores. Ir laiko kuo puikiausiai. Tik neverzk taip smarkiai. Manau 100 Nm per akis (o realiai tai turbut ir 70 Nm pakaktu, tik ant sirdies neramu butu :)).

edit: z32 eina aliuminiai suportai, manuale siuloma verzti 98 - 118 Nm.

Prie to pacio padariau dar kai ka - perrinkau priekinius amortikus, pakeiciau smeiges priekyje, uzdejau CUSCO camber plates'us, sudejau armuotas zarneles, pakeiciau stabdziu skysti. Atrodo kad viskas visai neblogai gavosi tik vel su coilu auksciais reiks pazaisti (su KW cia nera taip lengva) :?

Grazuma :!: Ir nebuvo taip baisu viskas kaip atrode. Ka ir iskart sakiau :) O borteli daznai specialistai siulo tokio tipo ivorese. Esu ir pats susidures.
Gal po biski ofisas-sandeliukas prades tustet ir viskas atsitos i vietas... :D

Ruosiuosi pagaliau isideti Autronic PnP ECU ir panasu kad "sviecia" man nuosavo wideband'o pirkimas. Kaip manot, ar cia butu geras pasirinkimas, ar yra kazkas idomesnio panasioj kainu kategorijoj?

Konkrečiai su šituo komplektuojamas boschinis liambda zondas, koks į daug auto gamykliškai statomas. Viskas ten normaliai su juo.
